    Maybe if they have no recovery questions? I really don't know how to avoid this shit in runescape tbh not played I'm level 120 and really have no idea how to do hardly anything in RS.. Not played in months also maybe if you change the pass a few times you can then recover with the old passwords??

    i have 6 rs acc's all with over 100m rofl..
    my lvl 3 has the most money which is 482m and over 700m in items including
    2 phats.. and ss and an ags.. yea idk why i bought just felt like it...
    all are nice pures but the lvl 132.. like 60 att pure lvl 77 and obby pure
    lvl 64 or my almost maxed pure lvl 89 and the maxed pure lvl 96 and the
    vesta pure tryna join "Final Ownage Elite" ha my acc's own i go on like
    one of em rofl..
