Does this mean I'm Iped? If I am, can someone please unban me because I was pking log out and log back in 5 mins later and I'm Iped?

You need wait for 15 minutes so you can log in.

yOUNG mUlA ;] this happens to alot of players.. you should get Delta's msn.. so you tell him when u got the "No response from server..." he will restart the server ;] he always do that..

It not always 15 minutes. You just have to wait till the server restarts. It restards every 80 minutes so you have to wait then.
